Tolkien Reading Day is an annual event,

launched by The Tolkien Society in 2003, that takes place on 25 March.

It has the aim of encouraging the reading of the works of J. R. R. Tolkien,

and the use of Tolkien's works in education and library groups.

The date of 25 March was chosen in honour of the fall of Sauron,

in Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings.

Today it is Goddess of Fertility day.

I found a little picture of pregnancy tests that I used as a background

Years ago Margriet gave me a miniature statue of the fertility goddess

as a souvenir from a holiday and the picture I made of it

I used for this inchie.

Not the best photo, but I wanted to show the shine around the hammer!

I don't really worship my tools,

but I'm very happy to have many tools and to know how to use them!
